How to claim £30 Galaxy Store reward for purchase of S24 ultra/£30 voucher not appearing in Samsung Wallet?

I can't get this anywhere, I've downloaded wallet but don't know how to raise a claim for this, any peeps point me in the right direction?

I am in the same boat as all the others, got the phone, meets the criteria (dates etc), got the Disney offer in the wallet/promotions, but the £30 is not there (incidentally the instructions from Samsung on how to claim the Disney voucher are wrong!) I assume there is a generic issue as there are so many people with the same issue. Who do I contact and how?

Hi I have also not been able to find the £30 despite doing all the steps. May I ask why you make it so complicated? And how can I get the voucher? Waiting for help.

I did check but only saw the £5 voucher for making three payments with Samsung pay

same boat aswell , disney is there but no £30 credit, and I bought 2 phones , do I get £60
