How to claim £30 Galaxy Store reward for purchase of S24 ultra/£30 voucher not appearing in Samsung Wallet?

I can't get this anywhere, I've downloaded wallet but don't know how to raise a claim for this, any peeps point me in the right direction?

Hi. I have contacted Samsung via chat. They told me to make my first call which I did. Still no £30. What was added in the promotions tab after the first phone call was a £10 voucher. I just checked and still no £30. It has been several hours since I made that first call from the handset.

I pre-ordered my phone on 18th Jan but received it only on 1st Feb and the wallet only shows the £10 promotion.

Hi, how do I claim my £30 voucher, it does not show me on the samsung wallet. I bought the phone before 31st of Jan, and the claim was valid until 14th Feb but it doesn't show how to claim it.
