How to claim £30 Galaxy Store reward for purchase of S24 ultra/£30 voucher not appearing in Samsung Wallet?

I can't get this anywhere, I've downloaded wallet but don't know how to raise a claim for this, any peeps point me in the right direction?

@Mariobar34: If you pre-ordered your Galaxy S24 Ultra, and you cannot see a £10 or £30 Galaxy Store credit in the Promotions section of the Samsung Wallet app, try closing Samsung Wallet, make a phone call via the Phone app, then open Samsung Wallet and check again. Let me know how you get on.

I like to add I am missing that offer as well. I only see the Disney+ year offer and not the £30 Samsung Store credit in the Samsung wallet. Mine was a pre order as well.

Adding a card will not help. I have added a card, I use Samsung pay.

I only get these promotions

I get Gym, Odeon, Coffee, Disney+, Cashback with pay+, £5 voucher for the store with Samsung pay, but no £30 voucher.

Mine is missing on one phone, I ordered the s24 and the s24 ultra and has only appeared on my ultra not on the s24 one? Tried all tricks like make phone call ect but nope
