What's the problem you have. Possibly someone may be able to help with your issue here. Otherwise all you can really do is explain to customer support that you wish to escalate your complaint and speak to a manager
Orderd phone 4/4/2022 delivery due tomorrow have heard nothing, have to spoken to customer support, and they won't escalate ......just getting no information from samsung
I'm currently with 02 and have the Samsung flip and its has some well known faults o2 won't take it as it needs to come directly to Samsung which I'd quite far away from me. The faults are common faults but the phone is un usable and I'm paying a fortune for it
