Haven't received a confirmation email

Hi, I placed an order through Samsung finance but still haven't received a confirmation email from Samsung.

I have received my loan agreement email but nothing from Samsung.

Can anyone help?

No it hasn't been acknowledged yet it's still showing as processing but the problem with mine was that I couldn't find anything about my order at all but thanks to the people who replied with their help I managed to find my order.

It's normal, it never sends any order confirmation emails when you use finance, it has happened to me many times. Don't worry about it, just track your order on the order page on the website

I haven't received my £50 pre order discount email anyone else had this issue

Having the same issue how ever i used guest check out and i have no order number and payment method charged
