I have placed order for galaxy S20+ on 10th Sep and I was supposed to get it on 16th Sep. So far no communication from Samsung. I had 2 calls to customer Care, no response yet. They just say that complaint is raised but no ETA.
any idea what's escalation path? or do I need to keep waiting forever.

post it to Instagram and Twitter /Facebook page you will get a response asap, customer services wise they are really bad, raised a complaint second week ago still no callback, they Keeps on using Covid as an excuse
