Galaxy watch ultra preorder

Hi, I preordered the new Galaxy Watch Ultra yesterday to replace my Watch Classic 4, which was supposed to be delivered by July 19th. However, when I got the confirmation email, the date was August 10th. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm thinking of canceling the order.

Hey there

Presumably Samsung have received more orders than their original stock allocation hence change in delivery date.

This is normal for Samsung I'm afraid.

So your choices are to wait for 10th or cancel (which may also be challenging as Samsung won't allow you to cancel over the phone, they normally insist you refuse delivery).

Samsung have a long way to go with regards their Customer Service.

I know their customer service is rather useless, as my upgrade program for the Fold just vanished from my account, and they had no explanation.

Ordered mine from ee says 19th July and Ordered my buds from Samsung also says 19th July

Rcieved my watch 7 Ultra today and ring will be here tomorrow. 7/18/24

At least you don't have to wait until Sept 25th. That's what mine is saying.

I canceled it and will keep my old one for another year because I ordered it thinking it would arrive after the 19th. I don't want to wait more than a month, especially after spending so much money.
