Quick google search pointed me here, seems as if they are out of stock on the website, probably an overcommitment on their side, but like others one of the factors of ordering the S25 Ultra pre-order and upgrading was the fact the buds came as part of the offer.
Disappointing customer service have biffed us all off with the same boxed response without an updated expected dispatch date.
For reference, mine were also due 28/2/25 and I've followed up 3 times, once just before 28th and twice since with the same 'internal team is working on getting these sent out' type response.

Mine was due on 28th Feb. contacted them and got reply " we are working very hard to send your item. rest assured, you will receive a notification when its shipped." when asked for ETA, they said they dont have full view of order and can not give any ETA. Ridiculous answer if I am chatting to an agent who is supposed to help me with my orders.

I still have this issue,. I ordered on the 4th Feb with delivery of the buds to be 28th Feb but still not received them with no order updates. I have spoken to customer service several times and sounds like they are reading off a script. There seems to be a disconnect as they have one retail pile to purchase and one pile for free buds apart from the promotions. i guarantee that i will get the charging pad and cover before i get the buds.

Mine arrived 28th February after I contacted them asking for an update - they are the silver ones. I've had a dispatch email for the free charger and case.

Have just had the worst customer service experience EVER trying to get some answers to this.
Spoke to a lady called Elma who was much worse than unhelpful (could hardly string a sentence together and did not respond to my questions at all)
Despite clearly explaining the issue she was unable to help and what's even worse is that when I go into the website now the Buds3 are not even showing on my order. I think she has removed them!
Can't get any sense from any of the several numbers I've tried calling. And have been given incorrect numbers for the promotions team (who I believe deal with this)
Samsung - please help!!!
