Hi All,
I had a right game when the pre order started, was trying to order a fold 5 and a watch classic. First the payment kept saying error but charging my card and then around 30 min after id receive a cancellation email.
I tried again with Paypal and it seems to have worked, I can search my order etc. But on the status page it is just on payment accepted, it hasnt moved to order acknowledged etc. Is this normal? I dont remember this with all the other pre orders. Also the Paypal is still showing as auth in progress.
Anyone else got the same issue?

My order was also placed using PayPal, I can confirm my order is showing the same status as yours, it will progress through the steps when the order is nearer to being dispatched.

My order was unsuccessful according to the Samsung website but then I received an order confirmation email minute later. So I really don't know what's going on with Samsung.

I pre ordered the fold 5 1TB and the watch classic as soon as the website was updated and still showing as processing/payment accepted. According to Samsung the status will update when they get the items in stock and then dispatch them hopefully for the 4th August and not the 11th - Good Luck

I ordered on the Fold 5 on 27th and the status showed payment accepted until this morning , the status should have changed for pre orders today.
@j123456789 i had the same issue , payment unsuccessful on the website but received the order confirmation email. Fingers crossed

Update!!! Received confirmation email last night so order status is now confirmed with delivery on 4th!!

Agree, the same delay and confirmation of preparing dispatch now.
