Failing to send free gift

After upgrading my watch to the last galaxy watch 5 pro, which was supposed to come with a free gift of a spare sports strap, which didn't arrive with the watch I get sent a voucher for £20 which doesn't work and is only half the value of the strap. Makes me realise Samsung does not give a s#@t about it's existing customers.
