So I've had 3 chats and 3 different answers. 1st response was I would receive a exchange return postage pack with my new phone. 2nd chat, exchange pack will arrive separately. 3rd chat ( with Samsung expert 🤣🤣) we don't supply return postage, you have to sort that yourself.
Who do I believe? Another example of ***** Samsung customer service

There should have been a returns label on an a4 sheet of paper inside the in-transit box the phone's retail Box was shipped in.
If you've discarded this then you maybe able to print one from Samsungs.com page when you log into and choose the Orders Section there shoukd be an exchange button option.
When I sent back a faulty phone ( I'm in the UK ) I then contacted the Samsung Online Shop Team via support@samsunguk.zendesk.com and 03307267467 and they arranged a courier i.e DPD to collect the phone. This was before the Covid 19 Pandemic.
