Dpd failed to deliver - S23 Ultra

Hi, I was meant to get my s23 ultra 2 days ago. According to dpd, they have delivered it but I don't have it. I've no idea who has it.

So I contacted dpd and then Samsung. Samsung are doing an investigation and it might take a few days to hear back. This is incredibly frustrating 😤

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

Maybe they delivered it to the wrong address. I've had that happen before. Do you recognise the photo that they're supposed to take when they deliver it?

Unfortunately that can happen from time to time. DPD delivered mine to the wrong address but luckily I was able to locate and retrieve it. Samsung will be dealing with DPD and either DPD will retrieve the parcel and re-deliver or Samsung will send out a replacement. Good luck.

DPD normally take a photograph of you receiving it from the courier to confirm it has been delivered. Most other couriers do the same in the UK.

I hope between Samsung and DPD they get you your phone.

Open your DPD app, you have more details there about the delivery.

It should also have a photo as proof, maybe it's been delivered to one of your neighbour's house and you'll recognise the door etc

@Amir2099 Hopefully can be resolved though it is obviously frustrating, it may have been a nearby address but should be located.

Should have uploaded a picture of where it's been delivered. Ultimately, if you have not signed for it, it's on them to address.

Hey everyone, apparently dpd don't have my first line of address and they are adamant that I get in touch with Samsung for them to amend. Samsung has my address and so do dpd cos dpd delivered my phone case a few days ago. The delivery of the phone is going out tomorrow...to some wrong address. I can't amend it. So silly

Been waiting all day, on the app driver put I was not in, a lie. I rang the depot and the driver was told to come back, I am still waiting, so it looks like I have to have another day off
