Delivery tomorrow

Just got an e-mail that my order will be delivered tomorrow. So it has to be the S21 U in the special colour or the free gifts only? In my account doesn't really clear 🤔 Originally said that the gifts will be delivered on the 28/01, so probably just late 🤷‍

Yeah the gifts for me says the same as yours "ships by 28th Jan". Not sure why I got given a date for the phone as loads seemed to have had no option. I checked on this morning to buy the phone from now and it just gave 2-4 weeks whereas ordering black allowed me to choose 3rd Feb.

Hey Guys - I ordered the titanium version of the handset, no dispatch for the free gifts or phone yet. 

For those of you that are on the upgrade program, contact Klarna pay, they were really helpful - Stopped this month's payment as essentially you are paying for something you do not have. They told me, that Samsung should have started the new agreement when delivery date was due, not immediately !

oh really I asked about this and they refused to stop February's payment have had to raise uit as an official complaint since the agreement was it would start after shipping

Yeah, I've had a few people say that - But my customer service guy couldn't have been more helpful.

Deferred the payment immediately and told me to let them know when it was received.....

Navy too, ordered on the 14/01. Delivery date picked for 28/01 and still customising too. since i got an e-mail that only the gifts are dispatched 😭

I ordered the brown on the 14th, then got an email from Samsung on the 15th, saying my phone was being built, but to allow up to 5 weeks for delivery; did anyone get told 5 weeks?

yes, it says in my account as well 5 weeks. I just hope it is shorter 😱🤞
