Hi,
How do I go about logging a formal complaint, I tried to order the new S24+ but Samsung UK still havent fixed the issue of delivering phones or watches to the Isle of Man yet I can order a new TV with no issues its absolutely ludicrous! Asked the live chat who advised "they asked and werent given a reason" What sort of a response is that from a customer services Rep!

I found the service today appalling. Waited on the live chat, was then kicked off several times when my turn came and finally managed a voice call response who said oh, we are not customer support, we are technical advice you need to phone their customer number which took another hour. Sorry for your frustrations. It is a crazy system

I am also sick.to.the back teeth with this issue of not delivering to Isle of man . We miss out on all the offers . Come on samsung , if apple can do.it why the hell can't you .

I have managed to get them to raise this up the chain so hopefully we can get some traction, I will let you know if I have any joy.

Did you get any joy with this? I have raised it with them a few years ago but was never given a reason why.
As you, I managed to order a £1500 TV no issues, but they can't deliver a mobile phone to us. Farcical. I think it's the way they've got their courier (DPD) configured on the website and it's treating the IOM completely different than it should be. I had to use Ship2Man to get the S24 delivered with all the offers but it really shouldn't be like this!

Hi..I'm wondering if you have the phone and do you get regular updates. I got the phone from MT and found out that it's not suitable for the IOM network. Having trouble getting it replaced.
I'm asking this question because I think Manx telecom sold a few units that are not suitable for IOM but refuse to acknowledge there could be many more people with phone not updating.
Would really appreciate a reply from anyone who hasn't had any monthly updates.
