Hi we have been trying to buy a Samsung AirConditioning unit for our home from a Samsung franchise store in Nicosia North Cyprus but couldn’t complete the transaction as the franchise wanted us to pick up a bank charge of 4.5% that the merchant is incurring from their bank on the use of a Topup card from Monzo by us. We have never incurred a cost involved like this before here and wondered is it a legitimate charge to the customer.
