Hi all. Bit of a weird experience.
I ordered a S21 Ultra and it was out of stock at the time so I could only get a delivery date of 8th March.
Weird thing is it’s back in stock and is available for next day delivery if I order it again today.
According to Samsung I can’t change my delivery date.
Has anyone had any experience with this? I would like the product ASAP of course so I think it should be shipped sooner if it gets back in stock.

Ok so 45 mins on hold later the gentleman on the phone told me the same thing that he cannot change the delivery date the only thing that they can change once the order has been placed is the first line of the address.
However, he has raised a ticket internally to his team to see if i can get it sooner as he agrees it does not make sense for me to wait two weeks from my order date if i can get it next day by making a new order.
He will update me once he gets a reply internally.

I would have to do the finance credit check again which is unfortunate.

Yes i got the Caseology Parallax case for it. I always make sure the case arrives before the phone haha.
