Around two years ago, a watch I had returned ended up being either stolen or "lost" by DPD. The support from Samsung was extremely poor during that period, offering no assistance whatsoever. I was still charged for the watch, and there was no effort on their part to investigate DPD.
As a result, I currently face issues where I am unable to purchase anything, and every order is cancelled.
How can this be fixed? This is also happening to my wife so it has to be an issue with the address
