I can't even get through on the chat and when I do they tell me to wait to the end of day or the chat freezes when i need to select text chat 😞

Hi

Very disappointed with Samsung. They sent me a email about signing up to the live view on the 17th of January 2024 which I did (they wanted my email address and name etc) watched the live stream and never received the £50 credit for the S24 ultra, just been on the phone for over a hour with Samsung support and they are a complete waste of time, they don't help in any way. All the money Samsung have had off me over the years and to get a customer service agent who couldn't be bothered to help. The thing is I've ordered the new phone on the 18th considering cancelling my order.

I must admit it is a bit frustrating me and my wife did it this year, she recieved a code I didn't so it's like hit and miss. They dropped the ball with promotions a bit this year. Just ordered my wife an s23 as the offers were better than s24 offers and I will be keeping my s23 ultra.

I had the same issue, registered on 2 emails accounts and never got the code on either. Over on reddit there is a post regarding this , some people have, a lot haven't received there code either. I rang up this morning after spending 1 hour in the queue an advisor called Jacob managed to send me a exclusive discount code for £50 however upon trying to use the code it does not work 😕

I found my code halfway down the launch email advertising the free watch... hadn't seen it, so thought it hadn't been sent - did one final check & there it was. In case you had that one... was sent on 17th just as presentation was coming to an end.

It's weird as I didn't sign up for the live view but I got an email the following day to get £50 off. I've preordered the s24 ultra today!
