As you can see from the title, my evening is ruined and I don't feel much like going back home. What was at first a nice gesture and a beautiful surprise for my girls, now leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I pre-ordered on launch day one S25 Ultra for my wife and one for my only daughter.
I received the DHL confirmation and today at noon my wife and daughter received the DHL package from Samsung Shop only to discover that inside the package is just one phone.
I'm sure that the other phone will be send in the coming days. It's been paid for already and I really hope it wasn't actually stolen... Support is still failing to connect - I guess they're just too busy to answer.
But this actually ruined my day, because one of the two is already very disappointed today.
Who would you choose to disappoint ? Your daughter or your wife ?! In this case of course it will be my wife who will be disappointed and today it's actually a ruined day for me because of this.
Why in hell Samsung would you send only one phone ?? On the order page it looked like you've sent both phones.
I guess there will be no compensation for this screw-up on your side.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure this will be the last time I'm pre-ordering a product from Samsung Shop.
Thanks for nothing. 2.600 euro spent just to have a bad day.

Hi @Emilian2078 , I agree that sucks. I'm hoping for you that it wasn't stolen too.
Which country are you based in? And just to clarify, did you order the phones as one order or two separate ones?
