Unfortunately, I DO NOT speak German. Which apparently is part of the problem, since support in Switzerland is provided exclusively in German, despite there being 3 languages in the country. English? Not even remotely.
Opened a chat for support on reward points not being counted in the store, I get "no chat support for the store, you gotta call the support number over the phone".
Phone support is done through a toll number, of course. I've been left hanging, waiting for someone to answer the call for almost an hour, at the end of which I got hung up on.
IT'S SIMPLY DISGRACEFUL for a company like Samsung to have in place such poor support.
I would just like to redeem the points I earned through purchases made in the Samsung Shop, not asking for the moon.
Please review your whole support system in Switzerland. It's simply shameful.

it's very unfortunate that the Swiss Live Chat could not give you adequate support. Do I understand correctly that you did not actually talk to anyone on the phone yet? Depending on the current demand, there may be longer waiting times. Did you try calling again since then? Please keep in mind that there are different hotlines for the technical support and the shop support.
There's also the option of e-mailing the Swiss shop support - have you tried that? On this page of the Swiss website, you will find the mailing adress. Scroll down until the header "Online Shop Support" and click the button labelled "E-Mail senden". This should automatically open a new mail addressed to the Swiss shop support.
