Hi
I've been in contact with the customer service via chatt more than 7 times, and no one could help in a proper way
My issue is that I bought S20 Ultra before one year, and now I want to upgrade it to S21 Ultra, but no one want to help or answer me in proper way, they can't send my issue to some higher position to solve it !!!!!
It's really sucks , and I really want to upgrade it, I don't know if someone can help me ?

I decide to don't move one with the Upgrading to S21 , because it's just a waste for my time, and the System in Samsung is not working well as I understand

I still have the issue, i am still waiting for my package which i will send back my Samsung S21 ultra with
I am waiting for 1 month and 15 days, and no respond, no package, no message, nothing
That's why I decided to end everything with Samsung

Jag har köpt en telefon med detta uppgraderingssystem. Irriterande och pinsamt att läsa följande vid fundering av min FÖRSTA uppdateringstanke. Det inger noll förtroende för detta fabrikat. Stå för vad ni håller på med eller så köper jag något annat fabrikat nästa gång oavsett vara. Mycket irriterande när saftigt erbjudande för de nyaste telefonerna dyker upp. Ser att flera delar min oro.
"Vi ser löpande över våra Upgrade+ och Trade-in erbjudanden och har beslutat att tillfälligt pausa dessa på Samsung hemsida. Vi har i dagsläget inget fastställt datum för när vi öppnar upp för liknande erbjudanden igen."

Jag gillar verkligen samsungs mobiler, surfplattor och One Ui - men jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera Upgrade+ som tjänst. Idén är bra, men det funkar inget vidare. Och som du säger, man missar alla förbokningserbjudanden när det kommer nya modeller då Upgrade plus får de modellerna först efter att kampanjerna gått ut. Jag har varit Upgrade kund i två år nu, men kommer avsluta detta nu.
Känner mig som "andra klassens" Samsungägare som inte prioriteras... Synd att säga, men så känns det. Hade strul när jag gjorde min första uppgradering, och nu kan jag inte ens logga in i portalen. Har en pågående felanmälan sedan en månad tillbaka, och de har fortfarande inte lyckats hjälpa mig så jag kan logga in och uppgradera. Jag har kanske haft otur, men jag vet att detta diskuteras mycket på andra forum - och att flera haft liknande upplevelser.
Vi som är lojala kunder och bundit upp oss borde premieras och få bättre erbjudanden - istället får vi inga alls. Med det sagt, Samsung skulle kunna göra Upgrade + till något riktigt bra, men frågan är om de ens vill det? 😕
