system ui 7 crashed my phone

I got the message to update my galaxy s23 ultra to the new UI one 7 (if thats what its called). I downloaded it and the phone doesnt work anymore. It just says system UI has crashed and I then can choose a number of things in this special mode where the text is red, green and yellow, like reset to factory settings (and more choices). I have done them all, but the phone still wont start. A couple of times I got to start again and choose language and connect to internet and those steps, but then it crashes again before I get to the end of that. 
I have done ALL the steps in the recovery mode (maybe its called something else), but nothing helps. I do not have money to pay for tech help which I assume Samsung would cover in this case, but I do not know how to prove that the upgrade chrashed my phone.

A OTA Update is known to cause corrupt/damage files and even worse case where it fails and damages os alot that makes it unbootable or so on.

This should be covered on warranty since your bootloader is still locked and as long that's locked warranty stays.

Just go to where you bought it explain issue what you did and then they will note it down and have your phone sent for service and when it arrives there they will reflash it for you with a image copy, it might be back on 6.1.1 depending what copy they have at the place.
