One UI version 6.1 problems

Hi

Can someone please advise.

Since upgrading my Samsung A73 5G to One UI version 6.1 on 04 November 2024, I have been unable to connect my Android Auto to my car.

Everything worked the day before the upgrade and not since then. Other phones connect 100% to the same car with the same cable.

How can I let Samsung know about the failure of the latest update on my phone. I am unable to roll back to a previous version and also no new version available yet.

Check if auto block feature is enabled in security settings. If it is disable it and try connecting to the car with android auto over cable.

Auto block prevents you from connecting USB devices to your phone or connecting phone to pc etc over USB when this is turned on. It's a protection incase some 1 stolen your phone and wants to try to hack it/ exploit into it.

Hi, this function was disabled, I enabled and disabled again but unfortunately still not connecting.
