On my TV-set UE55KS8005 mute is not working properly.
I have a soundbar connected to HDMI-Earc, when i mute the TV and change channel the sound goes on.
Is there any solution to this problem?

We would recommend in this case that you call our customer support while you are near the TV and we will be able to connect to the TV and fix this problem.
