Sending my phone to samsung repair, do I need to package it? (UK)

Ive just booked in my phone to be repaired (UK) ive read that i dont need to find a box and package it myself for the courier to pick up, then Ive read that you dont need to package it, the courier will do it for you.. so im a little confused.

Would I need to package up the phone?

I would package it up anyway so it's safe. I think when I sent mine off of few years ago I packed mine up and the courier came with a bag

I too would also package it, and I would strongly recommend you take photos of the device before it is packaged and a video of it being packaged so that there aren't any issues if the repair company say the device is damaged etc

Just cover all bases. Call it your safety net 🤞

I got my Samsung galaxy A15 5G from amazon on 22nd May 2024 and the screen got damaged a week later. How can I get to samsung for screen replacement?
