 I would just like to say that I am a fan of Samsung, but your business partners make such an excellent company lose its quality. I submitted my phone, which is under warranty, for repair, but your partners refused to repair the display which stopped working for no reason

Please remove the phone details like the IMEI number and serial number
Customer service reference numbers as well
These are sensitive information that you don't want to make public

@Konik85pl they should have given you a clear reason as to why they would not effect a Repair.

Did they offer to repair but at a charge as the issues were not covered under the Limited 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty  ?
