I order my new phone on 9th feb they say it be 4 week on special color so i should have had my phone by 10th march it is now 14th March and still not Heard Nothing Getting bit sick of this by the time I get it S23 will be out I am really thinking about Canceling it..

I Saw one of the American Web site on delay for thier phone it about mid April they be getting it

Mine just said it customization and underneath it say another 3 week which take us to begin of april keep us up dated when you get yours

Welcome to the world of Samsung's customers, where the customer is never appreciated and always lied to.
At least you ordered an exclusive colour. I order a non exclusive one and I am still waiting for it and no clear indication of what is going on or when it will be delivered. The order page still says processing. Not a single clue despite paying for the phone in full.

I have been stuck on that for 2 weeks. I contacted them about the order.
One agent said it was in the UK awaiting delivery and I'd hear from them In a few days. Left it a week then contacted Cs again saying that they have zero stock and that it was never been in the UK.
Cancelling seems to be the next step for me. I have mates who have ordered the same phone after the release date and they have it already. Preorder means nothing anymore

I think samsung wants you to cancel the order on purpose because of when you pre order you got about 500 pounds back on your trade in and now if you go and put the same trade back you get 200 pounds sounds bit Fishy to me
