S22 android 13 not connecting to android Auto

Hi my s22 Will not connect in my Peugeot 208, old Sansung A40 connects with out problems.

It is Android 13 UI version 5.1

Have change USB to connect via file transfer.

Have updated Android Auto , cleared Casche and data

Any good ideal

In these cases, we recommend that you test:

> Clear data in the Android Auto app by going to settings - apps - search for Android Auto - storage - clear data

> Check if there is an update for the app by opening the Google Play store app - search for Android Auto , if there is an update for the app you will find a text with Update next to the app name.

> Also try reinstalling the app

Should this unfortunately not remedy your perceived problem, you unfortunately need to contact Google directly in this case as this concerns a Google function.

Thanks,  but like I wrote I tried your suggestions.

Looks like I am not the only one with S22/S23 with this problem, when I google this.

Some got help last year when Samsung did a update, for mention series!

I have the same problem will follow the direction above, it just complain about the cable, but cable is fine, works with all other phones.

Also  I forced Android Auto to always connect

This makes it try to connect and Adroid Auto responding back that the USB inteface is instable.

Not sure what to try next !

I still have this problem. 

Have updated all I could, and yes like I wrote my cable works with my old A40.

Did send a error to Google as samsung can't help☹️

I have also reported this to google who are in control of Android Auto.

This help me. I cleared the data and the cache and I'd worked. S24 ultra👍
