Bluetooth not working.

Well the title says it all I can't for the life of me tyrn on my bluetooth on on my A536B/DS.
Some help would much appriciated.

Hi!
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the bluetooth function!

In these cases, we recommend that you try:

> To reset your network settings.
You do this via Settings - General management - Reset - Reset network settings
When you do, all Bluetooth and WiFi connections will be forgotten.
Then try connecting to the device again.

Should that unfortunately not remedy your perceived problem, we recommend that you submit an error report via our Samsung Members app so that we can do a further analysis of what may be causing the perceived problem.


You can create an error report by searching for the Samsung Members icon in your phone and holding down your finger on the icon until the text Error reports appears and then press Error reports.

Keep in mind that in order to include as much information as possible in the error report, the error report should be created immediately after the problem occurred.


If it has been a while since the problem occurred, we recommend that you try to reproduce the problem and then create a new error report.

Personen jag ringer med Bluetooth hörlurar hör sig själv med fördröjning eko i sin telefon. Jag har bara telefon aktiverad i inställningen på Bluetooth.
