Samsung do use Snapdragon chipsets.
At least the S series and Z Fold/Z Flip range
Nothing phones are geared for a particular range of the market.
Samsung has a range of phones for all parts and regions. Not sure what they would learn from these phones really.

I'm pretty sure Samsung makes some Snapdragon chipsets! My A52s 5G has one they're just very quiet about it on their website

Nothing phone isn't even close to samsung as I have the np2 & the bugs are ridiculous & support is appalling, steer clear of the brand trust me, its a huge let down.

Maybe samsung would learn nothing     As has been mentioned Samsung do not use Snapdragon chipsets though not on all devices in Europe, in any case a number have found the Exynos ones impressive enough though a point of debate.  There may be a market for Nothing phones but Samsung have far greater variety and are superior in my view.

Not the name I would have chosen for a company, apparently it was chosen and memorable and easy to pronounce. Company wishes to focus on tech that is uncomplicated.

I have tested NOTHING and found that there is no way it can do better than low-end phone

I doubt that very much. There is "nothing" for samsung to learn here they offer a phone for literally anybody with any budget.
