Hi, i am having issues with my monitor. Sometimes when i turn it on it has lines going accross it. Image . Turning the monitor off and on again usually fixes the problem. This only seems to occur after the monitor has been turned off for a while, has never happened whilst im using it

 

I have spoken to support but they have asked me to send in a video of the issue. The problem is that it happens now and again and i cannot forecfully recreate it. Has anyone experienced this before? I wanted to try and update the firmware but I cannot locate any for this model number.

Any help is appreciated.

Just to add, there are no cracks on the monitor, one surface scratch on the bottom right hand side of the monitor which you only notice when displaying dark images.

Hi @Roberto1394!

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your monitor.

Hard to say exactly what is causing this problem for you without further investigation. You can try updating the monitor to the latest firmware. I am attaching it here for you.
