How do I change my Community login password?

After logging in to the Community today the system suggested I should consider changing my login password. As I wanted to do something else first I decided to change it later. Now I can't find a way to do it.
I go to settings -> login and the only option it gives me is to change my username which I don't want to. I've been struggling through the Help system. It seems to allow me to change everything else in my profile except login password. How do I change my login password?

Thanks, I had seen that "reset" password previously, but in my experience the term "reset password" is normally used for people who have forgotten their password. You will be asked  to enter your email address and they then send you a code for resetting it..
Anyway, the good news is that I've now changed my email address.!
