I've been struggling to log on to the Samsung Community today as my Galaxy devices are not displaying the verification codes required for me to log into my Samsung account. The log on dialogue shows me the Galaxy devices I have and that it will send the code to both. While in the past they have displayed the code but today they are not displaying the code. Yes the devices do make a sound suggesting they are receiving something but nowhere can I find the code displayed. Maybe there is a setting somewhere that I need to change to view the verification code?
In desperation I eventually managed to get the system to provide verification by SMS but it would be easier if in future I could have the codes displayed on my Galaxy devices.
