Email claiming to be samsung noting a data breech?

Hello. I just received an email stating that in july 2022 there was a data breech that effected my account.

I googled the email it came from, two sites said it was legit. But something is not feeling right about it, possibly the fact I am in the UK and this is from (supposedly) samsungusa.com.

Is this a legit data breech? Needless to say, I have not clicked any link in the email. I, instead, came to ask here.

Look at the return email

Samsung like a lot of organisations will be in the return email address.

Taken from my own junk mail ... claiming to be from ring door bell. ( zWINehpwOBDo @zWIN ) is just junk and noting to with the title

Yes, I did. The problem is, that the email associated with the link seems to be samsungUS.
I did google it(as noted in the main post) and get conflicting information.
There for I came to actual samsung to ask.

The oddity is that I am in the UK they are from the US branch

Samsung had a data leak in August this year i think. They are saying its just emails and names no credit card details. But mainly us accounts
