Depends where you live what the next step would be and their reasons for denying your warranty claim. In the UK I'd be in touch with Trading Standards for advice anyway (assuming you've not bought the item secondhand already damaged or done something yourself that invalidates the warranty) and if necessary Small Claims Court.
I am minded to take action against Samsung for failing to honour their obligations under the 5 year warranty for our Ecobubble washing machine. Has anyone else done this?
