Could anyone help me in getting hold of the complaints procedure for Samsung Aircon installs.
I have been trying for over 8 months to get the Samsung engineer to resolve our issue, and have asked many many time for the complaints procedure, but with no joy. The engineer is either alway out on site or on holiday and has never give me a contact number so I can talk with someone. All the numbers on the "contact us" do not give me an option to make a complaint either.
Any help would be greatly received.

The unit was through an installer, but Samsung got involved directly because of the poor product. But had still not resolved it, and the engineers as I say is very very slow and replying.
I will try customer support again and see what happens.
