Claiming cash back and ear buds

Hi 

I recently upgraded my contract to the new S23 and they say I can claim cash back and other things. 

I don't have my phone yet and won't for another 3 weeks due to stock, which will take me over the 30 days claim period, so I don't have my EIM number (I think its called) does anyone know if I can still claim without it ?

You can't do anything till you receive your device. You'll need the all the phones details in order to make a claim. You haven't said how you upgraded your phone with. Some carriers send you a code after 30 days like o2 do.

I believe the 30 days start when you are in receive your phone, by all means, speak with Samsung support, I'm sure they'll confirm what I've said

Hi I've received my free samsung ear buds how long does it take for you to then receive the £100 cash back please ?? 🙏
