I ordered the S23 online through EE. The phone didn't arrive for over a week so I was unable to do the claim (as you need the IMEI) I went to do the claim the other day to find out I'm not in the claim period because the 30 days are from order date! Yet I did not have the phone to produce the IMEI number. One of the main factors is purchasing this phone was of the deal for the buds. I have emailed Samsung but had not response. Anyone know if you can get around this issue?

Sounds like your issue should be with EE, they let you order presumably knowing the reason to order was for this promotion and they know when dates for delivery are. Samsung didn't do anything incorrect you made a purchase via a 3rd party who failed delivery. Also 7 days to delivery you had 21 days to make that claim. Seems a issue in your party for not doing the claim.
