Can I trade-in a phone for money off on a smartwatch instead?

I have a near perfect S20+ BTS Edition I wanted to trade-in but want money off a smartwatch instead, is that possible? I went onto the recycle bit but they offered £100 less than the trade-in price.

No. Only phone can work on phone trade and watch on watch trade.

You could look at selling the phone privately and then use those funds to offset against the purchase of the smart watch your wanting @Members_SKWcVW1 

I would suggest to not use selling sites such as eBay etc.
