Lock screen shortcuts

Hi, 

My lock screen shortcuts keep reappearing even though so I've took them off. I changed them to another shortcuts but they reverted back to one I had earlier. Anyone else come across this?

I haven't noticed this issue on my device. Please, report the issue via the Members app right after it occurs!
