are you using Samsung pay or Google pay? as I know in some previous betas Google pay won't work due to security issues when running a beta version of Android

Google pay won't work on a beta. Samsung pay will. If you are using Samsung pay, check your NFC is still enabled

As long as the binary is not certified by Google, Google Pay will not work 😕. Usually, only the official version (once the Beta ends) is certified, so until then you can try to use Samsung Pay instead, as mentioned already by other users 😊.
