It's not always the case, but sometimes the Google hotkey detection doesn't work, even when I'm on the home screen doing nothing. Checked all the obvious settings, retrained my voice model and cleared caches but it's still on and off. Sometimes (like right now) it works just fine.
Wondering if it's just me?
(Bixby is annoyingly working fine when Google doesn't though ...)

had this issue to for bixby as well, all I did too fix was redo the setup

Go to Google assist setting and check if hey Google is enabled

when I got the beta it was set to disabled

It seems fine now since the last couple of days, everything was enabled as it should already but I'll keep an eye on it.
