Whenever I stop listening to music I cannot close the songs from my media. It is still playing in the background and I lose charge. I've removed the app from my recent apps but still doesn't work
I have a similar issue relating to Spotify, in that when I stop a song on my galaxy buds and put them back in the case the music plays out of my phone yet doesn't show it's playing so I have to 'close all' and that stops it
I am sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing 😔. Have you tried to submit an error report with log files, right after the error is reproduced, via the Members application? I am sure our developers will do their best to help you fix this issue! 😊
