I am sorry to hear about this issue 😕. Did you also have battery life problem before joining this Beta Program? If not, have you tried to withdraw from the program using Smart Switch application on your PC? Maybe it's worth trying. Then, you can join us here again 😉. Also, you can send an error report via the Members application attaching log files (right after the issue is reproduced). But I imagine you need a quick solution to your problem. You can visit the nearest Samsung Service Center, too. Nonetheless, if I were you, I would try the previously mentioned possible solutions of the problem first .
