Maybe it's me but I can't find how to change the battery options etc optimise, power saving, extreme power saving? I've gone settings battery and can't find anything?

Try this

[Realsive]

Battery options are in the follow menu;

settings/battery and device care/battery

There you'll find power saving mode and more battery options which include enhanced processing and adaptive battery setting.
