When playing to a bluetooth speaker the volume suddenly jumps louder after a few mins no matter what app I am using, does this happen to anyone else ??

I use galaxy buds nearly everyday & not had any issues, granted they're not speakers but Bluetooth all goes same, I will try my Bluetooth speaker over the next couple days & report back

You could try turning on the "Disable Absolute Volume" setting in the developer options. It worked for me when my Bluetooth headphones kept defaulting to the max volume.

no issues here, I play my audio via Bluetooth to my car stereo everyday, never had a problem with volume, as other have said, granted it's not to a speaker, however it all goes the same way
