It just needs an update, I remember the same video app not working on one ui 4 beta too

My Samsung Vedio is working as normal. Allot of people seem to run into difficulties with accessing and using the app because they forget that ALL Beta Testers MUST update ALL the Samsung Apps using the Galaxy Store Apps section and this ensures the user receives the most suitable and relevant updates directly from Samsung Galaxy. I've learned this after the years of testing experience under my belt.
If after updating your Samsung Galaxy Apps via the Samsung Galaxy Store Update apps section come back to me and I'll take you through the next steps to get you going... let me know how you get on.

I hope you were able to solve this issue with @Arabianstar advice.

If not, please report this problem in the Samsung Members app > Error report. The report should be submitted 2-3 minutes after the error occurs to ensure that log files are generated. 🙂
