Well, that's a weird one 🤔 Are you writing from The Upside Down by any chance? On a more serious note, it's always good to perform Wipe Cache Partition as the first step in the troubleshooting process. And if that doesn't help, please report it through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look 😉
