I had very serious problems with Google pay years ago and contacted their team for support. They replied to me over a year later! I use Samsung pay and it is working with no issues. Forget about Google pay it is not good

I would totally move to Samsung pay but they don't support the cards I'm trying to add! Way to go Samsung for supporting 'all banks' except the for the ones you don't

Do what I do... Samsung Pay supports Curve... Curve supports all banks & makes life easier with making transactions the ... I had similar issue until done this

Yeah that's exactly what I'm doing as well, plus you also get a physical card without an actual number on it (which is kinof interesting by itself)

I am trying to set up Curve and Samsung Pay but having issues doing it 🙈
Google Pay tells me to check if the device play protect certified and mine is and I have been using my Google Pay up till today on the beta, so what has happened today?

I suspect that because you are using the Beta Version of Android 12 UI4 the correct certification has not yet been granted by Google etc. So contactless payments cannot be made using Google Pay. I have had the same issue and spoken to my bank about it. The full certification will be released apparently when Samsung release the full version of UI4 Android 12. As you will be aware the Beta version is not on general release. Hope this helps.

Earlier, during the Beta Program, Google Pay app was not functional. However, this time it is possible that the situation will change - currently, some responsible people are trying to make it work also during the Beta.

In the meantime, I recommend you to use the Samsung Pay app 😉. Google Pay app will certainly be working in the official version of the software.
