This worked correctly when at first I did the Beta download. However today the My Vodafone App no longer functions.

It does however on my tablet running Android10.

Hey Alfsdad, hope you're having a fabulous weekend so far!

 

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling My Vodafone from the Play Store? Also, I know this is unlikely, but are you trying to open the app using your mobile data or Wi-Fi? I only ask because I'm guilty of forgetting to turn my Wi-Fi off every time I need to open the app. :')

You are correct I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. It's the only app that appears not to function since installing the Beta Version of Android 12.

I can access my Vodafone account using Chrome and the main website.

I am unsure if it's the My Vodafone App at fault or an issue with the Beta Version of Android 12.

From what you've described, it could very well be that the My Vodafone app isn't optimised for Android 12 yet.

If I'm correct, I'd think it likely that it should be optimised relatively soon with Vodafone pushing the Pixel 6 (launching on Android 12 very soon).

That being said, I'd still suggest sending some beta feedback. To provide feedback on bugs or errors in the beta software, in the Samsung Members application, select "Beta feedback > Send feedback".

Have raised the problem with the Beta Team and also logged it with Vodafone UK.

Hello all, this working on Beta 3 for me on a S21 Ultra. In fact it's better as it operates straight from wi fi and I don't have to worry about switching from wi fi to data and back again.
